Welcome to AI Security Intelligence ("ASI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at aisecurityintelligence.com (the "Site"), including all data, research, tools, reports, visualizations, and services made available through the Site (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Site — including but not limited to text, data compilations, research reports, market analyses, taxonomies, categorization frameworks, company profiles, visualizations, graphics, interactive tools, software code, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and the overall selection, coordination, and arrangement of the foregoing — are the exclusive property of AI Security Intelligence LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The AI Security Intelligence 10-category market taxonomy — including the category names, definitions, company-to-category mappings, and the analytical methodology underlying these classifications — constitutes original intellectual property developed through extensive primary research by our intelligence team. Additionally, our 17-category incident classification taxonomy used within the AI Security Incident Database and Threat Scoring Engine — including incident type definitions, classification criteria, severity rubrics, and category-to-domain mappings — is separately protected proprietary work. Both frameworks are protected by copyright as creative works of authorship and may not be reproduced, adapted, or used as the basis for competing products or services without our express written consent.
The following proprietary frameworks, including their methodologies, weightings, scoring algorithms, and calibration data, are protected intellectual property of AI Security Intelligence LLC:
The Services available through the Site include, but are not limited to, the following products and tools, each of which is subject to these Terms:
"AI Security Intelligence," the AI Security Intelligence logo ("The Presence"), and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of AI Security Intelligence LLC. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial research purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
The AI Security Intelligence Company Database, Global Intelligence Map, Company Profiles, Competitive Intelligence data, AI Security Incident Database (including 113+ classified incidents with ASI-TSS scores, severity ratings, category classifications, and AIRS domain mappings), ASI-TSS scored incident data, AIRS assessment benchmarks and industry aggregate data, and all structured data compilations available through the Site (collectively, "Proprietary Data") represent substantial investment in research, analysis, verification, and curation by our intelligence team.
The selection, coordination, arrangement, and presentation of companies, data points, competitive analyses, funding information, executive profiles, market categorizations, incident classifications, threat scores, and insurance readiness assessments constitute protectable compilations under 17 U.S.C. § 103 and applicable database protection laws. While individual facts may not be copyrightable, the curated collection, analytical overlay, and proprietary scoring methodologies applied to that data are protected intellectual property. Automated classification outputs — including LLM-generated classifications reviewed by our editorial team — are proprietary works and are protected as part of our Proprietary Data.
You may not, directly or indirectly:

Certain features of the Services may require you to register for an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
The AIRS Insurance Scoring Calculator requires a valid email address for delivery of assessment results. By providing your email address, you consent to receive your score report and related communications as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscribers may access premium content, intelligence reports, and advanced platform features through our Subscriber Portal. Subscriber Portal access is governed by the subscription tier associated with your account and is subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Services, other users, or our business interests.
The AIRS Insurance Scoring Calculator is provided for informational and self-assessment purposes only. Scores generated by the calculator are indicative and do not constitute insurance advice, underwriting decisions, or professional risk assessments.
Results are based on user-provided inputs and our proprietary methodology; accuracy depends on the completeness and accuracy of user responses. We reserve the right to modify scoring methodologies, weightings, and tier classifications at any time without prior notice.
Assessment data submitted through the calculator may be used in aggregate, anonymized form to improve our benchmarks and industry analysis. No individual assessment data will be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Threat Scoring Engine displays our proprietary ASI-TSS scores for classified AI security incidents. These scores represent our analytical assessment and should not be the sole basis for security investment decisions. ASI-TSS scores are subject to revision as new information becomes available or as our scoring methodology is refined.
Our incident classification pipeline uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to assist in the initial classification of AI security incidents. All AI-generated classifications undergo editorial review by our intelligence team before publication.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of automated classifications. Classifications may be revised as additional information becomes available or as our methodology evolves.
The pipeline's methodology, prompt engineering, classification chain, and scoring algorithms are trade secrets and proprietary intellectual property of AI Security Intelligence LLC. Attempting to reverse-engineer, replicate, or extract the classification methodology — whether through systematic querying, analysis of published results, or any other means — is expressly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Purchases of intelligence reports, database subscriptions, monitoring services, and other paid offerings are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
All sales of digital intelligence products are final. Due to the nature of digital information products, refunds are generally not available once a report or data product has been delivered. If you believe there is an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Subscription services may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
AI Security Intelligence respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent:

We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the information, data, or analysis provided through the Services will be accurate, reliable, or complete; or (c) any defects in the Services will be corrected.
Our research, data, company profiles, and market analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. You should not make business, investment, or security decisions based solely on information obtained through the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI SECURITY INTELLIGENCE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Security Intelligence LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
For any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at legal@aisecurityintelligence.com. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings as described above.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, at our discretion, by providing additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email notification). Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
